According to the Yaba College of Technology in Lagos, at least 14,500 applicants have registered for Post-UTME, which runs from March 16-22.
The agency’s public relations director, Joe Eggiofor, confirmed this in an interview with the Nigerian News Agency (NAN) on Tuesday in Lagos.
Ejiofor, assistant secretary, said the candidates had been scheduled for the exam, with an announced date and time.
He said information about the exam was also available to candidates via the email address provided when they took the 2020 exam.
“Our Post-UTME is getting closer and closer and a lot of them have registered after our record.
“We have about 14,500 candidates for which we have provided all the necessary information on an equal basis.
“We asked them to verify the scheduled date and time using the email address they signed up with, the application portal, and the phone number they used to participate in the review.
“If there are candidates whose appointments are not shown, it could be because their email addresses are no longer active or are no longer functioning. But we will receive a text message from us so that we can take the exam, “said Ejiofor.
She recommends that applicants who experience any of the above problems visit the college help desk or institution’s website.
The Deputy Registrar stated that the facility has zero tolerance for test execution errors, adding that the instructions are included in the guidelines accompanying the information sent to applicants.
While asking candidates to prepare for the UTME virtual post, he advised them to familiarize themselves with the above rules and adhere to the exam guidelines set by the committee.
