UNIMED Pre-degree Admission Form: Application Forms, Courses, Requirements, Application Guide, and Deadline for the 2020/2021 Academic Session of the Ondo State Science Program (PDSP). (University of Medical Sciences)
Applications are submitted by candidates who qualify for entry into the 2020/2021 academic session at the University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo State, Scientific Education Program (PDSP).

The UNIMED pre-degree program is full-time and lasts one (1) academic session of two (2) semesters. This program runs from December 2020 to August 2021. It is an intensive program that aims to prepare candidates for the Unified Matura Exam (UTME) and Post UTME to enter the 100 degree programs of UNIMED and other universities.

THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR UNIMED PRE-DEGREE ADMISSION FORM
A. UNION FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCE
B.NSc, Nursing Science

Program objectives:
The undergraduate program will overcome the shortcomings brought from high school to prepare applicants for successful university programs.

The program will also adequately prepare students for university education by building self-esteem and promoting effective study skills.

Admission requirements UNIMED Pre-Degree Admission Form:
i. Applicants must have five credit cards at WASC, NECO or GCE in no more than two (2) sessions in the relevant mathematics, English, physics, chemistry and biology subjects. Applicants interested in NOBS and BDS programs must have the required 5 credit cards per session (1).

ii. Applicants with outstanding results must receive 5 credit cards in each subject prior to completing the Bachelor’s program.

iii. Eligible applicants will be invited to take the computer-based test (CBT) which qualifies.

QUALIFICATION FOR THE ENTRY OF 100 LEVELS For UNIMED PRE-DEGREE ADMISSION FORM
i. Applicants are expected to take part in UTME in 2021 and receive JAMB’s minimum acceptance limit to the university, as well as other requirements for the department.

ii. Applicants are expected to pass both ends of the semester and receive a minimum grade point average of 50 points at the end of the program.

How do I get the UNIMED Pre-Degree Admission Form

i. Potential applicants should visit the university’s website http://www.unimed.edu.ng, click on Admissions, Pre-Degree Programs, and follow the directions for printing an electronic transaction invoice.

ii. Pay the fifteen thousand naira (N15,000.00) registration fee excluding bank fees for electronic transactions at any bank on electronic transaction platforms.

iii. After payment is confirmed, applicants must complete and print the Online Post Payment Scientific Program (PDSP) Application Form by visiting www.unimed.edu.ng and clicking on the online portal to register for PDSP.

iv. Submit the online application form and print a copy of the questionnaire.

CLOSING DATE OF SUBMISSION OF FORMS for UNIMED PRE-DEGREE ADMISSION FORM
All online application forms completed with the required relevant documents must be submitted online no later than six (6) weeks after the date of this publication.

QUALIFICATION TEST DATE for UNIMED PRE-DEGREE ADMISSION FORM
Applicants are asked to check the university website www.unimed.edu.ng for proficiency test dates and further details.

ACCOMMODATION
Limited accommodation is available to students interested in university-run dormitories near the Bachelor Center.
