MAUTECH guidelines for collecting Admission Letter 2020/2021

Modibbo Adama University of Technology (MAUTECH), Yola guidelines for collecting Admission Letter, requirements and procedures for registration as well as guidelines for fresh/newly accepted UTME and direct student registration (DE) for the 2020/2021 academic session.

We hereby inform the public that the original distribution of the Original copy of 2020/2021 Admission Letter notification will begin on Thursday, June 17, 2021, until Friday, June 25, 2021, for UTME and DE registrants. To do this, proceed as follows to collect the original copy of the acceptance letter!

Original collection of acceptance letters begins on 17 June 2021. Applicants are advised to check the pick up date for the pick up date.

Required elements for MAUTECH guidelines for collecting Admission Letter 2020/2021

Items Required:
Applicants are to come in PERSON (not by proxy);
Applicants are to come along with:
Photocopy of JAMB result slip (UTME)/Acknowledgement letter (DE) and JAMB Admission letter (Institution Copy);
Specimen copy of MAUTECH Admission letter;
Originals of their Credentials (O’Level result(s), A’Level result for DE candidate, Declaration of Age/Birth Certificate and Indigene Letter) for sighting and photocopies for submission;
O’Level result(s) verification (WAEC, NECO and NABTEB); candidates are to provide an unscratched card(s) or pay a specified sum of money per card for the result(s) submitted and provide evidence of payment at the point of collection of Admission letter. The payment should be made into:

For the fee schedule and application process, applicants must register on the university website Registration is expected to continue 24 hours after the original Admission letter is collected.
